West Bengal Bhabishyat Credit Card Scheme (WBBCCS) apply online


 The West Bengal Bhabishyat Credit Card Scheme (WBBCCS) is an initiative by the West Bengal government to provide financial assistance to young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 55. Under this scheme, eligible individuals can receive collateral-free loans up to ₹5 lakh to establish new ventures in manufacturing, services, trading, and agro-based activities. The government acts as a guarantor, and the loans are offered at a subsidized interest rate of 4% per annum.

  • Age: 18 to 55 years.
  • Residency: Permanent resident of West Bengal, having resided in the state for the past 10 years.
  • Family Limit: Only one person from a family (self and spouse) is eligible.
