WhatsApp Viral Message: Modi Government to ban WhatsApp in India ? Here is the truth


While it is true top officials recently held a meeting in the wake of reports of growing use of WhatsApp by terrorists, they disn't mull banning WhatsApp use across the Country.




New Delhi:   A report is being widely circulated on social media that Narendra Modi government has                        decided to ban WhatsApp application as it being widely used by terrorists. However,                            this is not true.



                      The report, dated June 14,2018 says: "At a meeting in New Delhi yesterday, the                                     ministry expressed its concern over anti-national elements in the country using social
                      media apps to carry out their activities".




Really check of WhatsApp Viral message claiming "777888999"number call will blast your mobile phone and you may die.



THIS IS A HOAX MESSAGE ! One should not panic because this is just a a digit number. In India, mobile number is of 10 digits. This is Not even a mobile number. This is a just random number. No need to warry !



However, a digit mobile numbers do exist in some countries but every international mobile call recived in India will have pre-fixed country code with it.



"There is notechnique through which a call can set a mobile phone no fire".
